About the role
WS Audiology focus on a multi brand- and channel diversification in our portfolio, which means that WSA covers everything from diagnostics to wholesale to having our own retail stores, throughout the world. Here, you will become a part of our retail organization.
As a member of our Global Retail Training team, your role will encompass diverse responsibilities that contribute to our growth. You will be tasked with managing an extensive library of training materials and overseeing the translation process, which currently cover eight languages with the expectation of more to come. Additionally, you will have an integral part in producing digital assets, including animations, GIFs, videos, and image editing.
Your influence will extend to shaping our communication strategy through newsletters, SharePoint, and various other channels. We deliver data driven learning materials as part of our learning offerings, the integration of data insights is paramount, and you will play a crucial role in making data results accessible to colleagues. Therefore, proficiency in data and analytics is a valuable skillset for this role.
Furthermore, our team is responsible for the global Retail Learning Management System (LMS), and you will actively support content uploads and maintenance. Your position within this creative team will provide you with a wide range of tasks, fostering collaboration with colleagues from across the globe. Together, we will ensure quality in retail training and development.
Tasks and responsibilities
1) Translation management
- Manage timeline
- Ensure alignment with all involved parties
- Timely responses and communication
- Follow translation from initial request to finalizing in LMS
- Work with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines
- Post articles/visuals on different platforms
- Create basic graphics for different communication channels
- Set up newsletters
- Share link, track engagement
3) Basic multimedia creation
- Animations/visuals in Canva and Powtoon
- Synthesia videos set up based on script
- Developing GIFs
- Content curation of third-party material
- PowerPoint creation
4) Content creation support
- Assist with fact-checking
- Assist with review and version management
- Assist with content launches in markets
We expect you to be a student ending your bachelor’s degree or just started your masters in for example; Information Sciences, IT and Communication, Learning and Information Technologies or related disciplines
Furthermore, you can see yourself in the following:
- Structured way of working with attention to detail
- Analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- A positive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
We use multiple platforms and digital tools, such as; LMS, Canva, Powtoon, Synthesia AI videos, Articulate Raise authoring tool Microsoft Sharepoint – some proficiency in this and/or ability to learn new systems fast will be needed
Location and working hours
You will structure your work time in close dialogue with the team. You can expect a workload of around 15 hours per week with flexibility around exams and vacations.
The position is located in our CO2 neutral HQ in Lynge, close to Farum and Allerød, with gourmet canteen, fitness center, outdoor running track and much more.
