Global Project Manager, Business Quality
To deliver on our corporate purpose of making a wonderful sound part of everyone’s life, WS Audiology is looking for a new Global Project Manager to support all Business Quality projects and processes, to make sure that they are delivered on time, as well as to meet quality standards.
This independent role is a part of the Business Quality department, where you’ll have an opportunity to support stakeholders from different regions. The Project Manager will need to work closely with these stakeholders to ensure various initiatives are on track. The Project Manager will need to identify stakeholders, understand their needs, and work with them effectively to build relationships and manage issues.
What you will do
This is a brand-new role located in Poland, which gives an exciting opportunity to coordinate processes and projects globally. In your new role, you’ll be developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets, identifying and mitigating project risks, communicating project status to stakeholders and senior leadership, managing project resources, facilitating project meetings, ensuring that all project team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities, and ensuring that all project work is completed on time and within budget.
In this role you’ll be focusing on:
- Ensuring that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date and that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Implementing and managing various communications to the Quality Teams, Business Quality team, various stakeholders, or affiliates.
- Periodic reporting of quality-related KPIs for various regions, affiliates, or countries including Product and Service Quality.
- Track and follow up on budget adherence and headcount footprint for Quality.
What you bring
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager who can oversee projects in a fast-paced and regulated environment. Stakeholder management skills are also crucial for this role. The PM needs to be effective at planning, monitoring, and reviewing, as well as be able to manage resources, and to motivate others.
Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in the field of project management, ideally with quality-related projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge and usage of Microsoft PowerPoint, PowerBI and other visualization software.
- Experience with project management software and certification in the project management field.

- Demonstrated solid communication and coordination skills,
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High organizational and time-management skills.
Our corporate language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
