Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a Project Manager (m/f/d) at WSA, you are part of our project management team and responsible for the development of a hearing aid product. You work closely with the product manager, leading a team that includes members from internal R&D (e.g. mechanic and eletroacustic), external global suppliers, and internal production in Singapore. A key aspect of your role is regularly reporting project progress to the R&D management team.
What you will do
- Oversee the implementation of development, manufacturing, and product requirements
- Oversee the full lifecycle of development projects, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on costs, deadlines, and quality
- Provide program management support to ensure project success
- Lead and coordinate international project teams, fostering collaboration across borders
- Coordinate and align efforts across all internal departments involved in the project
- Manage comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Oversee and coordinate external partners to ensure alignment with project goals
What you bring
Your Experience
- University degree in engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development for electronic or electromechanical systems
- Proven history of project management, particularly in development projects, ideally within an international setting
- Basic understanding of audiology and regulatory standards for medical devices is beneficial
- Solid process-oriented mindset with a good understanding of logistics and production processes
- Fluent in English, German is a bonus
