Global Retail Training Manager

The Role
Joining WS Audiology's Global Marketing, Global Retail Transformation team, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing our Learning & Development strategy across our global retail channels. You will drive profound impact as part of a dynamic team, leading a truly global organization while enhancing your training & development skills and strengthening your international management experience.
Reporting directly to the Director Training & Development, you will be based at our HQ in Lynge. You will collaborate closely with training and development teams in various markets, as well as with global product training, brands, and sales excellence teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement retail training across our organization. To succeed, your tasks will include:
- Leading all training initiatives for our global retail organization across 1,000 points of sale in 7 countries
- Developing and implementing an end-to-end e-training framework for all retail markets, including training around systems, products, sales processes, compliance, etc.
- Driving the roll-out of training programs and other training initiatives
- Creating digital onboarding programs for new employees
- Designing compelling virtual and face-to-face training modules and content for our training platform
- Curating relevant 3rd party content
- Managing the full translation process and understanding the validation concept
- Contributing to the global training community by fostering engagement, sharing best practices, and role-modeling a continuous improvement approach
Your Profile
Experience
- B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in business, learning, or a related field. Alternatively, a background as an audiologist with a strong commercial mindset and interest in training
- Proficiency in working with digital learning management systems and e-learning tools, and experience in the global roll-out of digital training programs and tools
- Experience in developing virtual sales training concepts, ideally within an in-house global training function
Personal Competencies
- Proficient in using various tools during the development phase and staying updated on new trending tools
- Understand the importance of a data-driven approach and proactively produce measurement methods to gauge the impact of training initiatives
- You thrive in a global and complex business environment with many stakeholders
- Understanding of international environments and the dynamics between HQ and local markets
