About the Team
You will become a member of the EMEA Operations Strategic Development team, which is tasked with spearheading strategic advancement and implementation throughout the EMEA region. Our aim is to improve service standards, facilitate business expansion, and advance the digital transformation process throughout our various activities.

The Role
We are seeking a creative and motivated Project Manager to join our Strategic Development in EMEA Operations. Based at our global HQ in Lynge, Denmark, your primary responsibility will be to deliver strategic projects and programs that align with our Industrial Supply Chain (ISC) goals, enhancing operational efficiencies and supporting the strategic development of EMEA Operations.
What you will do

• Oversee initiatives focused on enhancing supply chain efficiency, implementing digital innovations, and automating production workflows.
• Continuously develop our project management framework, promoting collaboration with teams such as Operations (OPS), IT, and the PGO.
• Collaborate with international partners from various locations to advance regional and global projects.
You will be instrumental in enhancing our service quality, encouraging expansion, and cultivating an environment where ongoing enhancement and creativity are prioritized.
What you bring
Experience
-
• Education: A master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field is desirable.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in Operations and Supply Chain, ideally in a large production company.
• Several years of experience in Global Operations or Supply Chain Management are mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large-scale quantitative analyses.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• A leadership approach equipped for overseeing intricate projects on one's own.
• Highly capable in establishing rapport and articulating messages clearly, coupled with a significant aptitude for appreciating different viewpoints and effectively interacting with a broad spectrum of people.
