What you will do
Quality Management System
- Documentation Control
- Ensure compliance to local quality relevant laws and regulations.
- Work on local applicable QMS processes and ensure compliance to global WSA policies.
- Re-create working instructions and documentation
- Support operations in maintenance of local operations work instructions.
- Ensure that quality relevant records are archived.
- Ensure that documentation standards are followed.
- Maintain a local training process for quality relevant documentation.
- Train employees on quality relevant topics.
Compliance/ Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure/ Control that all products are registered prior to launches.
- Ensure/ Control that site registration is up to date.
- Report reportable cases to local authority.
- Control creation of labels.
- Host customer or regulatory audits/ inspections.
- Ensure/ Control impact of revised quality relevant local laws, standards and regulation and trigger actions to comply.
- Being a bridge between local regulation and global regulation and quality department
QA Operations
- In process inspections: Perform monthly in process inspections to check specific compliance of production processes.
- Support FMEA and process validation process.
- Create solutions and optimize process.
- Handling of local suppliers.
- Perform incoming inspection, if required.
- Drive projects and initiatives to reduce returns from the local market.
- Ensure that change control processes are followed, e.g. product or process changes.
- Verify that work environment and infrastructure requirements are fulfilled, e.g. ESD controls, maintenance, calibration.
QA Customer Service and Sales
- Support Customer Service to identify complaint relevant customer feedback.
- Ensure all customer complaints are identified and processed.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar
- +5 experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and root cause analysis techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements specific to the industry, including ISO standards.
- Proven track record in managing quality assurance processes in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Ability to analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Personal competencies
- Proficient in English and Turkish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
