In line with our mission to make wonderful sound a part of everyone’s life, WS Audiology is seeking a new Specialist to provide IT support for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES, OPcenter), Modelling Tool (3Shape), and integrations with other key applications, such as ERP, Infor, and its middleware tools at the location Poznań, Poland.
Our European Manufacturing Center plays a strategic role in meeting both customized and high-volume production demands, serving both European and global markets. We are looking for a dedicated professional to support and optimize these critical systems as we grow and innovate.
The Team
As our new System Specialist, you will join the global Core Systems team, which is managed by the Core Systems Manager based in Germany. The team in Poland focuses on TMS, ERP, and MES. You will work directly with our colleague responsible for the Manufacturing Execution System and collaborate with stakeholders on the production site.
What you will do
- Support and monitor daily operations at the European Manufacturing Center (EMC), identifying technical issues in MES Tools (OPCenter, 3 Shape)and providing effective solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of the MES and integrated systems, including during system upgrades and other key activities.
- Analyze production data and generate manufacturing reports to track order status and ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement business requirements while ensuring compliance with process governance, legal standards, and regional/country policies.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver timely solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure continuous improvement.
What you bring
Experience
- Proven experience in developing and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Expertise in middleware integration tools and their application within MES environments.
- Strong knowledge of integration processes with ERP system.
- A basic understanding of database and server management, good SQL skills, and knowledge of network integration are desired.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools is a plus.

- A team-oriented person with an ability to focus on their own task, while contributing to the overall goals of your team.
Our corporate language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Communication level in Polish is also a must.
