Product Owner CRM - Global Marketing (F/D/M)

In the position of Product Owner for our CRM system, your contribution will be central to advancing our key initiatives, especially related to customer self-service, adhering to compliance standards, and the rollout of innovative digital customer workflows. Your expertise in Salesforce CRM will be key in facilitating the expansion and innovation of our organization, maintaining a balance with our strategic business plans and the practicality of implementation. Your expertise will shape the future of customer self-service, single-sign-on solutions, and customer data architecture across a global landscape.
What you will do

• Product Ownership: Spearhead the advancement of Salesforce CRM, with a keen concentration on augmenting customer self-service capabilities, refining data models, and improving system integrations, both internally and externally.
• Backlog Management: Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring continuous delivery aligned with business needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global stakeholders across Global IT, R&D, and Marketing, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across regions.
• Agile Leadership: Champion agile practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM enhancements iteratively.
• Integration Focus: Oversee Salesforce integrations with critical business systems, ensuring efficient data flow and automation.
• Customer Data Expertise: Define and refine the customer data model, ensuring scalability, data integrity, and alignment with business requirements.
What you bring
Experience
-
• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Consultant, Solution Architect or similar role, ideally within Salesforce environments.
• Demonstrated history of effectively implementing agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience in directing team efforts and handling a portfolio of concurrent projects within rapidly evolving settings.
• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce, customer data models, and system integration methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications are a significant advantage.
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts with architects and developers.

• Skilled in identifying solutions and actively engaging with complex situations.
• Demonstrates adeptness in navigating stakeholder interactions within multifaceted and worldwide frameworks.
