Team Lead (m/f/d) Engineering

As a Team Lead (m/f/d), you will work with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to align test strategies, infrastructure, and tools with teams across R&D. Your team will be proficient in core technologies and frameworks such as .NET/C#, SQL Server/T-SQL, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Appium, Python and will use them very successfully to design and implement test frameworks. In addition, you will work with the Quality department to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and training. Your role will include supporting the organization with market feedback, managing supplier relationships in coordination with Procurement, Controlling, and R&D, and handling incidents, complaints, and new product information.
What you will do
- Team Leadership: Manage team resources, performance, and career development; define competence profiles and guide the WPD process
- Test Strategy: Develop and promote software and solution test strategies, align with stakeholders, and implement test metrics
- Collaboration: Act as the main contact for R&D stakeholders; oversee test automation, tools, and product testing
- Supplier Management: Select, monitor and oversee suppliers, including financial and technical oversight
- Regulatory Compliance: Define and maintain regulatory-compliant testing processes and ensure proper QMS training
What you bring
Your Experience
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading teams in software development and testing
- Test Management: Experience as a software test manager, ideally with regulated or medical products
- Agile Expertise: Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum or Kanban
- Process Development: Skilled in defining and establishing test processes and strategies
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of various test methodologies and tools.
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); German or Danish is beneficial
- Certifications: ISTQB Certified Professional at the Advanced Level
- Global Collaboration: Experience working with teams in various geographies
