What you will do

• Coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Recruitment
• Payroll process coordination including data provision required for external payroll company
• Preparing HR statistics
• Liaison with legal representative
• Management of the working time registration software
• Drive the annual performance management process
• Trainings
  
• HR Business Partner support to Managers and Employees
• Participation in organizational development projects
• Active participation in HR projects
• Local reporting line to the GM and a Functional reporting line to HR Director CESE-MEA

What you bring

Experience

• University or college degree in HR or similar
• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced level of English (will be tested on interview) and fluent Hungarian is a must
  
• Knowledge of Hungarian labour law/regulations, able to generate HR documents
  
• Experienced in multi-source recruiting
  
• Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations and outsourced service
