What you will do
- Coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Recruitment
- Payroll process coordination including data provision required for external payroll company
- Preparing HR statistics
- Liaison with legal representative
- Management of the working time registration software
- Drive the annual performance management process
- Trainings
- HR Business Partner support to Managers and Employees
- Participation in organizational development projects
- Active participation in HR projects
- Local reporting line to the GM and a Functional reporting line to HR Director CESE-MEA
What you bring
Experience
- University or college degree in HR or similar
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced level of English (will be tested on interview) and fluent Hungarian is a must
- Knowledge of Hungarian labour law/regulations, able to generate HR documents
- Experienced in multi-source recruiting
- Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations and outsourced service
