Customer Service to Affiliates Specialist with Spanish and English

Your responsibilities
- You’ll be the first point of contact between the Polish branch and other entities of our company within Europe – you’ll be using mostly chat and e-mail to contact colleagues from different locations,
- Regular contact in English and Spanish with foreign branches of the company - supervising the explanation thread
- Preparation of data for reports, incl. order entries from customers, delays, TAT
- Verifying urgent orders and coordinating their timely execution
- Constant contact with employees of other departments and review of orders in the process
- Taking care to systematically inform sales departments in Europe about the progress of order fulfillment
Our requirements
- Speaking and writing English and Spanish at a minimum level of B2 (the Polish language is also a must)
- Ability to work on shifts starting at 8:00/9:00 and 10:00
- Good knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
- Internally motivated, self-starter with the ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results
- Excellent partnering, collaboration, and communication skills
- Experience in professional work in the area of customer service would be a great advantage
