Project Manager
The Project Manager will oversee and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving the efficiency, cost effectiveness and resilience of WS Audiology’s global supply chain. This role will have a specific focus on the Returns and Repairs Programme, Terms and Conditions Track aimed at reducing cost of reverse logistics.
What you will do
Project Management & Execution
- Coordinate and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop project plans, define scope, and establish key milestones and KPIs
- Monitor project timelines, risks and budgets, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices in supply chain operations
- Launch digital transformation and supply chain automation initiatives
- Leverage data analytics to improve demand planning, inventory management and supplier collaboration
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally within Operations and other functions to drive successful deployment of prgram.
- Provide regular project updates and strategic recommendations to senior management
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and sustainability goals
What you bring
Experience
- Extensive experience in supply chain or logistics project management
- Experience in process improvement, data analytics and digital transformation
- Experience of working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of supply chain risk management and regulatory compliance

- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently while ensuring collaboration across teams
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and focus on execution
