Manager, Supplier Quality Management

At WS Audiology, we are committed to making wonderful sound a part of everyone’s life. To support this mission, we are looking for a Manager, Supplier Quality Management to identify and oversee regulatory requirements across the EMEA region.
In this role, you will be responsible for the supplier quality management- selection, qualification, control, monitoring and sustaining of group of suppliers under the product packaging, ITE materials and chemical products. You will report to the Head of Supplier Quality Management.
What you will do
This is an exciting opportunity to realize projects related to ensuring quality communication with suppliers and influencing cost reduction and on-time delivery.
The strategic focus of this role is:
• Component / Material Quality Assurance:
- work closely with designer and supplier to define CTQ requirement, and ensure supplier set up the necessary control point,
- ensure the supplier perform the proper validation for the process or equipment used for production of the product and set up the correct verification process,
- review first article report for release of purchase product,
- improving cost and delivery performance from supplier.
• Supplier monitoring and improvement:
- define the Key performance Index (KPI) for supplier monitoring,
- work closely with Business Quality to track the performance,
- hold regular meetings with supplier to review performance,
- define improvement activities with supplier through SCAR or equivalent.
- Participate in annual supplier performance assessment.
• Supplier audit: track and review CAPA activities, perform on-site audit;
• Supplier Quality Management:
- close collaboration with Commodity Manager from Procurement
- defining terms and requirement for Quality Assurance Agreement
• Selection, Qualification and Management of Suppliers :
- close collaboration with procurement team,
- perform on-site supplier assessment
What you bring
Experinece
- at least 5 years experience in a high mixed, low volume medical device manufacturing,
- knowledge of ROHS/REACH, full material declarations, and in Product Compliance Directives & Tools,
- experience in managing outsource supplier,
- familiar with PCB assembly and box build for medical device,
- involvement in supplier selection, supplier qualification, supplier control and monitoring, and supplier assessment,
- Lead auditor Certificate, experience in contract management and knowledge about production part approval process is highly desirable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in global, cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving with an innovative mindset.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify gaps and drive improvements and ability to effective decision making.
Our corporate language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
