Step into a pivotal role where you'll support finance-led change management projects, helping to simplify, align, and automate core processes, systems, and reporting across the business. What you will do

• Drive and execute finance-led change management projects focusing on simplification, alignment, and automation
• Optimize processes, systems, data structures, and reporting across functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement impactful financial transformation
• Support finance partners with operational tasks such as budgeting, cost tracking, and business analysis
• Step in for team colleagues as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations.

What you bring

Experience

• Around 5 years of experience in finance roles within large or complex organizations
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Solid hands-on experience with core finance processes (e.g. budgeting, cost reporting, financial analysis)
• Proven track record in leading or actively contributing to change management initiatives
• Comfortable navigating cross-functional projects involving systems, data, and process improvements.

• Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders and handle tough conversations
