System Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer (m/f/d) to lead cross-functional feature teams in the field of connectivity. This role plays a crucial part in shaping future hearing aid platforms by translating user needs into innovative, technically feasible system features. The position bridges marketing, usability, and R&D to ensure cost-efficient, user-friendly, and future-ready solutions.
What you will do
- Lead interdisciplinary feature teams focused on connectivity features for hearing aid platforms
- Define, align, and document system features using SysML, scoping documents, and requirements
- Act as the key interface to marketing and stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and cost-efficiency
- Prepare internal demos and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the organization
- Continuously improve feature engineering and requirements engineering methods.
- Shape innovation by collaborating closely in forefront projects
- Contribute to the strategic connectivity roadmap with insights from both internal development and external industry trends
What you bring
- Master’s or PhD in electrical engineering, communication technology, signal processing, physics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience, with over 5 years in systems engineering
- Expertise in stakeholder management, systems and requirements engineering (SysML, MBSE)
- Shape innovation by collaborating closely in forefront projects
- Proven ability to lead through influence, with a collaborative and intercultural mindset
