Go-To-Market Launch Manager

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of launching some of our most innovative digital products and services—making sure that markets are ready, stakeholders are aligned, and customers are excited to come on board.
This position is open at our locations in Lynge, Denmark and Erlangen, Germany.
Your Team
As our new Launch Manager you’ll be joining a global GTM team focused on delivering digital hearing and connected software solutions across markets. You’ll work closely with multiply stakeholders such as Legal, IT, and InfoSec, as well as regional teams around the world and other GTM-related functions. Together, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to global launches—turning great ideas into real-world impact.
What you will do
As our Go-To-Market Launch Manager, you will help shape the way our solutions reach the market, ensuring every launch is executed smoothly, strategically, and successfully. You’ll be a linchpin between global strategy and local execution—removing roadblocks, connecting teams, and making sure we’re delivering value at every stage.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Own the launch process: Coordinate timelines, prepare regions for launch, and make sure everything aligns with the global strategy.
- Enable customer onboarding: Collaborate with regional teams to onboard customers, monitor rollout progress in Salesforce, and propose adoption-boosting initiatives.
- Communicate clearly: Report launch status and risks to leadership, suggest solutions, and keep everyone informed.
- Be the voice of the market: Gather and organize market feedback and share it with Product Owners to help shape future development.
- Drive cross-functional readiness: Make sure Brand, Legal, IT, InfoSec, and other teams are aligned and equipped for launch.
- Prepare scalable documentation: Anticipate onboarding and support needs—especially for enterprise clients—and ensure all materials are in place.
- Think ahead: Support the long-term rollout roadmap by connecting launches, resolving dependencies, and helping shape future plans.
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who loves making things happen, thrives in cross-functional environments, and brings energy, structure, and clarity to complex projects.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in GTM planning, launch execution, or product marketing.
- Proven track record of launching new products or digital solutions—experience in FMCG or tech/software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of translating product vision into launch-ready plans.
- Experience working across global teams and adapting strategies to local market realities.
