Be part of the team that develops the wireless backbone of our hearing aids. From RF measurements to system bring-up and debugging, you will help ensure that our devices connect reliably – and make a real difference for users worldwide.

What you will do

• Contribute to design, integration, and verification of wireless subsystems
• Develop small tooling features, dashboards, and unit tests
• Run RF/NFMI measurements with lab equipment and keep it calibrated
  
• Troubleshoot and debug prototypes with senior engineers
• Define and document test cases together with global teams
• Maintain technical documentation

What you bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications or related field
• 0–3 years of experience (graduates welcome)
  
• Knowledge of wireless communication principles
• Familiarity with HW/SW design and programming
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach in lab work
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
