Your mission is to safeguard launch readiness through rigorous testing, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and an unrelenting focus on clinical efficacy and user satisfaction. Working in the critical space between final development and commercial deployment, you’ll turn innovation into impact—helping people with hearing loss experience the full power of sound with confidence.
What you will do
- Develop and author robust system maturity test protocols for new products and features, ensuring alignment with clinical and technical standards
- Lead test-related projects from planning to execution, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
- Coordinate closely with Business Lines and R&D teams to ensure seamless execution of tests and clear reporting of results
- Maintain an overview of the testing project portfolio and provide concise progress updates to stakeholders
- Act as the central liaison between R&D, Marketing, Retail, and QA to ensure testing supports business and launch goals
- Manage global tester panels and external partners to drive timely, high-quality test outcomes and exceptional customer experience
- Oversee internal and external test execution, including lab tests, field trials, and claim validation projects
- Support administrative processes such as purchase orders, budget tracking, and project planning follow-up.
What you bring
Experience
- Ideally 3–5 years of experience in test management, within medical devices, audiology, or consumer electronics
- Proven ability to design and execute test protocols spanning clinical, technical, and usability testing—preferably within HCP workflow environments
- Solid experience in test reporting, documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects and driving them to completion.
