What you will do
Ensure excellent service delivery and manage core supply chain activities in direct collaboration with customers and internal teams, incl. forecasting, inventory, backorders and more
Lead strategic key account initiatives to unleash efficiency gains across entire supply chain
Manage escalations received from global key account headquarters and drive resolution of global or high-priority matters
Act as the primary contact for global key accounts on major escalation topics, including delivery, stock availability, and other critical operational issues
Lead performance reporting towards global key accounts and internally for Group Management.
What you bring
Experience
+5 years of experience in customer-facing or operational roles
Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Business, or a related field (relevant certifications also accepted)
Good understanding of customer service frameworks and operational excellence processes
Ability to navigate and manage complex organizational structures.
Personal competencies
Excellent communication skills, especially in handling external customer conversations with clarity and confidence
Solid stakeholder management abilities across multiple levels and functions
High level of ownership, accountability, and decision-making in critical situations
Structured working style with profound organizational and prioritization skills
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
