Student Assistant - Signia Global Marketing Team

The Role
As a Student Assistant, you will be given plenty of responsibility and tasked with a variety of marketing projects, primarily within marketing communications:
Drive activities related to marketing content release and distribution to support product launches
Support the planning and creation of evergreen brand content for B2B and B2C audiences
Support the creation of product training content
Drive the creation of internal e-learning content
Manage and update existing product content related to new launches
Support digital marketing activities
Preparation of presentation materials
Drive diverse ad hoc assignments to support the Brand Team
All tasks will require close collaboration with colleagues from Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Audiology, Product Management, Corporate Communications, and various other global and local functions in WSA. You will also collaborate with stakeholders outside the marketing team, such as agencies. The expected number of working hours will be around 15-20 per week, with flexibility around exams and vacations. You will be expected to work from our Lynge office a minimum of one day per week, with the possibility that the remaining hours may be worked remotely in alignment with your manager.
About you
You are finishing the last year of your bachelor’s degree or have just started your master’s studies with a focus on marketing communications or audiology and have a passion for marketing.
Excellent English skills are required and a substantial understanding of ‘what is good communication’ is needed. Proficiency in Danish is not a requirement. Previous experience from a marketing organization or marketing / communication agency is beneficial but not mandatory.
You are proficient in and have experience in working with PowerPoint and Excel.
You have a can-do attitude and are an active problem-solver enabling you to work both independently and in close collaboration with stakeholders. You set high standards for yourself and others, and you take pride in delivering quality.
