As a Retail Retention Manager at Oorwerk, you are the specialist in customer retention and loyalty. You are a key link within the marketing team and work closely with colleagues from marketing, the service office, and the stores. You develop and execute retention and loyalty campaigns, analyze customer data, and translate insights into concrete actions that contribute to an optimal customer journey. You ensure that existing customers feel seen and valued, directly contributing to the growth and success of Oorwerk.

What you will do

• Develop, plan, and execute (digital) marketing campaigns aimed at existing customers

• Localize, automate, and optimize CRM campaigns

• Analyze customer data and translate insights into targeted strategies for loyalty and activation

• Create and edit content for the website, newsletters, social media, letters, and other communication channels

• Support marketing automation processes, such as checking flows and supplying content

• Monitor campaign and website performance and prepare reports

• Identify customer needs and proactively contribute to improving the customer journey.

What you bring

Experience

• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communication

• min. 3 years of experience with (digital) marketing, content creation, and/or communication

• Experience with CRM

• Native communication skills in Dutch and fluent English.
