As a Retail Retention Manager at Oorwerk, you are the specialist in customer retention and loyalty. You are a key link within the marketing team and work closely with colleagues from marketing, the service office, and the stores. You develop and execute retention and loyalty campaigns, analyze customer data, and translate insights into concrete actions that contribute to an optimal customer journey. You ensure that existing customers feel seen and valued, directly contributing to the growth and success of Oorwerk.
What you will do
Develop, plan, and execute (digital) marketing campaigns aimed at existing customers
Localize, automate, and optimize CRM campaigns
Analyze customer data and translate insights into targeted strategies for loyalty and activation
Create and edit content for the website, newsletters, social media, letters, and other communication channels
Support marketing automation processes, such as checking flows and supplying content
Monitor campaign and website performance and prepare reports
Identify customer needs and proactively contribute to improving the customer journey.
What you bring
Experience
At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communication
min. 3 years of experience with (digital) marketing, content creation, and/or communication
Experience with CRM
Native communication skills in Dutch and fluent English.

Customer-focused, with the ability to strengthen customer relationships
Proactive, independent, and results-driven
Strong collaborator across departments such as marketing, sales, and IT
Strong analytical skills and strategic insight
Flexible and stress-resistant; able to switch easily between different projects and priorities
Team player who gains energy from achieving goals together.
