Facility Manager

As our new Facility Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring stable, technically robust, and sustainable operations at our CO₂-neutral headquarters in Lynge. You will lead a skilled Facility Management team of seven and hold overall responsibility for building operations, service delivery, and supplier partnerships – supporting more than 1,000 employees, customers, and visitors every day.
You will join our operations function and become a key contributor to maintaining a safe, efficient, and future-proof workplace that supports our global ambition of delivering Wonderful Sound for All.
What you will do
Lead and develop the Facility Management team, setting clear direction, priorities, and professional standards
Ensure stable and optimized operation of technical installations including ventilation, heating/cooling systems, BMS/CTS, and energy systems
Drive energy optimization initiatives and align building operations with WSA’s ambitious sustainability and CO₂ goals
Oversee contract management of outsourced service providers (e.g., cleaning, canteen, technical services)
Manage preventive maintenance planning, statutory inspections, compliance, and risk management
Own building-related projects, refurbishments, and technical upgrades, including budgets, timelines, and quality assurance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, engineers, technicians, and the building owner
Optimize space management and workplace conditions to ensure a professional and efficient working environment.
What you bring
Experience
Technical background
Solid leadership experience, including budgeting and financial reporting responsibility
Extensive experience within all aspects of Facility Management, including complex technical installations and energy optimization
Proven track record managing service contracts and supplier partnerships
Experience leading building projects and coordinating contractors and external partners
Strong understanding of compliance, inspections, and operational risk management
Personal competencies
A natural leader who takes ownership and sets high standards
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to daily operations
Strong communicator who collaborates easily across functions and cultures
Structured and solution-oriented with strong project management capabilities
