EHS Junior Specialist

As our new EHS Junior Specialist, you will become part of our Global EHS Team, supporting the implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Your primary focus will be environmental compliance and reporting at our facilities in Komorniki and Bałtyka.
What you will do
Support the implementation and certification of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
Coordinate and participate in environmental audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Conduct risk assessments and ensuring compliance with legal and internal EHS requirements
Monitor, analyze, and report environmental KPIs
Support EHS onboarding training for new employees
Prepare and update internal procedures in line with new legal requirements
Cooperate with internal departments, external consultants, auditors, and authorities
Support continuous improvement initiatives in environmental performance
What you bring
Experience
Technical educational background preferred (engineering degree or similar)
Experience in a manufacturing environment (1-3 years)
Understanding of compliance, inspections, and risk management processes
Personal competencies
Strong sense of ownership
Hands-on and practical approach to daily operations
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
Solution-oriented mindset
Proactive, improvement-driven, and sustainability-focused
Comfortable communicating in Polish and English
