Distributor Sales Manager (Indirect Business)

We are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Distributor Sales Manager (Indirect Business) to lead indirect sales operations across the LECA region and some distributors in Turkiye.
This role will be responsible for driving profitable growth through distributor management, market development, business planning, and strong cross-functional coordination while ensuring full compliance with local regulations and ethical business standards.
What you will do
Drive sustainable and profitable sales growth by actively identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the assigned region.
Manage and develop distributor networks; monitor sales performance, stock cycles, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy to ensure achievement of revenue and financial targets.
Conduct regular business reviews and field visits to track market dynamics, competitive landscape, and maximize business opportunities.
Lead market analysis activities to maintain an accurate understanding of market segments, size, potential, and customer demand; translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
Own sales forecasting and demand planning by analyzing customer volumes and providing structured input to Head of Sales and Supply Chain Manager.
Ensure effective execution of commercial plans in alignment with country regulations and contractual frameworks; manage distributor agreements and commercial terms.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Training teams to ensure operational excellence, product launches, trial follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
Manage customer complaints in line with company policy and escalate critical issues appropriately.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, key customers, and governmental authorities while strictly adhering to Ethical Business Code and compliance standards.
Act as the key coordination bridge between local, regional, and global stakeholders.
What you bring
Experience and personal competencies
Experience in the Medical Device sector is nice to have.
Strong distributor/indirect channel management background
Business development and contract management experience
Strong analytical and forecasting capability
Knowledge of regulated markets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English
Willingness to travel within the region
