We usually respond within two weeks
Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WSA continues to grow as a market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to translate retail business needs into functional requirements and ensure solutions align with global processes and store operations. This role is part of the Global Retail team, reporting to the Program Director for Retail Operations.
What you will do
Requirements & Analysis
Lead requirements gathering for POS, ERP, and CRM initiatives
Ensure requirements are aligned to validated global business processes and integrating local compliance needs
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
Ensure that requirements reflect the way retail staff work and support store operational needs
Work closely with Process Managers to understand approved global processes, policies, or process governance
Ensure requirements and user stories adhere to, but do not define, process governance
Provide business insights to Process Managers based on market and store operational needs.
Product Support & Backlog Management
Draft and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
Support Product Managers in backlog prioritization and dependency identification
Ensure backlog items reflect both global standards and local compliance or market-specific variations.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Translate requirements and user stories into structured test cases
Ensure test cases align with global process flows and include relevant local compliance scenarios
Support UAT preparation, coordination, and execution
Validate that solutions are fit for purpose for the business and for in store staff workflows
Track defects, support root-cause discussions, and verify fixes
Act as the business-side quality gate prior to release.
Solution & Process Understanding
Map as is and to be workflows when needed for requirement clarity
Ensure solution designs support global process flows created by Process Managers
Identify operational gaps or improvement opportunities and raise them for evaluation — without owning process changes.
What you bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior BA in a complex, multi-system environment
• Strong understanding of how changes influence interconnected systems, with the ability to anticipate operational and data impacts across a multi‑system retail environment
• Strong experience with POS, ERP, and CRM systems
• Experience designing test cases and supporting UAT for complex, multi‑system changes
• Experience working with global processes while incorporating local compliance or legal constraints
• Retail industry experience and knowledge of in-store staff ways of working, store operations, and frontline workflow needs is a strong plus.
