We are looking for a CIAM Product Leader who can drive product strategy and roadmap execution, align with business goals, and deliver scalable identity solutions. This role involves leading stakeholder engagement, translating customer insights into product improvements, and collaborating across teams to deliver effectively using agile practices and performance metrics. You will also ensure full compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards across global markets.

What you will do

Product Strategy and Road Mapping

• Shape the backlog and roadmap for CIAM, aligning with the company strategy, commercial and technical requirements to build a sustainable solution

Stakeholder Engagement, Customer Focus and Communication

• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish stakeholder panels to identify and prioritize business needs, including functional and non-functional success criteria (e.g., service level objectives). Promote roadmap items, purpose and priorities to establish visibility and transparency

• Customer Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of customer pain points and use cases related to CIAM. Gather customer feedback through various channels and incorporate insights into product planning and decision-making processes. Support marketing and business owners with go-to-market strategies and product launch planning

Product Development

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across sites, including product delivery streams that integrate with CIAM, SW product owners and SW architects to define technical requirements and acceptance criteria, maintain product backlogs, and drive the development and delivery of our CIAM solution

Optimization and Performance

• Champion agile methodologies to accelerate product development cycles and ensure continuous improvement. Monitor KPIs to track the performance and effectiveness of the product. Identify opportunities for performance optimization and OPEX cost reduction to maximize value for WSA

Governance and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security and privacy standards. Collaborate with quality, legal, information security teams and SW architects to align on best practices, guidelines and controls for a secure and compliant CIAM evolution and adoption across different regions in US, EMEA and APAC.

What you bring

• Proven track record of defining and leading product roadmaps for user credential and identity management solutions, aligning product strategy with corporate goals

• Extensive experience in establishing and managing stakeholder relationships to gather business needs and set delivery benchmarks

• Demonstrated ability in understanding and addressing customer needs, soliciting feedback to enhance product offerings, and supporting marketing teams in product launch strategies

• Expertise in applying agile methodologies to optimize product development cycles, coupled with experience in monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with industry standards and security regulations.
