We are looking for a highly skilled and technically fluent Technical Software Product Manager to drive the evolution of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform.
This platform is the entry gate to our customer-facing digital SaaS ecosystem, enabling secure, seamless, and scalable user experiences across digital touchpoints. Operating within an agile delivery organization, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, user experience, security and compliance and build consumable delivery roadmaps incorporating commercial demand, internal stakeholder needs, functional and non-functional requirements and architectural enablers to evolve a sustainable, globally available, high-quality identity management solution.

What you will do
Co-create a (technical) product vision with commercial product management and establish and maintain a delivery roadmap for the CIAM platform
Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into clear product features and technical requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, architecture, security, marketing, and business units to align priorities
Manage the product backlog in alignment with agile delivery principles (DoR, DoD, slicing, estimates, velocity) and provide outlook on delivery capabilities
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects and Engineering Teams to ensure successful delivery
Drive customer-centric solutions, ensuring secure and frictionless authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management
Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with local data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and security best practices for a global solution
Act as a subject matter expert for identity standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, etc.)
What you bring
University degree in Computer Science, Engineerin or comparable
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in a SaaS or digital product environment
Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM/CIAM) concepts and technologies
Experience working in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe)
Solid technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams
Familiarity with API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud platforms
Experience with authentication flows, identity federation, and user management systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have
Experience with CIAM platforms (e.g., Auth0, Okta, MS Entra ID, MS Azure AD B2C)
Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles and risk management
Experience in digital ecosystems or high-scale consumer platforms
