Senior Commercial Product Manager – Cloud & Desktop Solutions

As part of our Global Marketing organization, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital product ecosystem by driving the evolution of both desktop fitting software and modern cloud-based solutions. The Team
You will be part of a global product team of 11 people, working across different product domains, including fitting software.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Germany, Denmark, and other global locations. Working in a broad and diverse stakeholder landscape, strong cross-functional collaboration is essential to success in this role.
What you will do
As a Senior Commercial Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product strategies and solutions across desktop and cloud platforms, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Translating market trends, customer needs, and business objectives into clear multi-year product strategies
Leading cross-functional product discovery to identify workflow pain points and define high-value use cases
Owning product requirements and prioritization, including problem statements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria
Collaborating closely with customers, clinicians, and field teams to validate solutions through research, testing, and real-world insights
Driving end-to-end product delivery in partnership with engineering teams, from concept to deployment
Ensuring alignment with technical architecture, including scalability, security, and regulatory compliance
Supporting hybrid workflows and seamless user experiences across desktop and cloud environments
Driving go-to-market readiness and adoption in collaboration with marketing, training, and support teams
Your background
We imagine that you hold a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, and bring solid experience in product management within complex software environments.
Experience
Approximately 5+ years of experience in software product management
Proven experience in cloud-native product development, including SaaS and modern architectures (e.g., microservices, containers, event-driven systems)
Experience managing products within complex ecosystems (multi-application, multi-service, or hybrid cloud/on-prem environments)
Strong customer discovery and research skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements
Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments with engineering, UX, QA, and data teams
Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using insights to guide decisions
Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries is an advantage
Personal competencies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and customers
