Working Student (m/f/d) - Strategic Packaging

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our packaging team with system maintenance, project coordination, and documentation activities. In this role, you will work closely with packaging managers and internal stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience with packaging processes, sustainability data, and cross-functional project execution.
What you will do
Support the phase-out of packaging items in the ePLM system, ensuring accurate status updates and data consistency
Maintain and update packaging sustainability information in the ePLM system
Create project timeline templates in the project management tool Monday.com and apply them to specific packaging projects
Maintain a budget overview for ongoing packaging projects, including tracking and basic reporting
Create and manage supplier release notes in coordination with internal stakeholders
Create and manage artwork release forms, ensuring completeness and documentation accuracy
Support day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks related to packaging projects
What you bring
Enrolled as a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Packaging Technology, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field for the next 12 months
Interest in packaging development, project management, and sustainability topics
Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working with digital tools and systems (e.g., PLM systems, project management tools, MS office)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in parallel
Good communication skills in a professional, cross-functional environment
Affinity to tedious tasks
Fluent in spoken and written English, German is a plus
What we offer
The salary for this position based on a weekly work time of 15 hours is € 1.020 gross for the first 6 months of employment and then increases to € 1.300 gross.
