Strategic PMO to Global Marketing Leadership

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will drive the operating backbone of a broad commercial leadership team while simultaneously taking on strategic initiatives that are live, complex, and consequential. One week you are ensuring a quarterly business review lands with the quality it deserves. The next you are shaping a leadership offsite or driving a cross-functional initiative that directly influences how this organization operates. You will work in close proximity to the CMO and his leadership team from day one - supporting his agenda, preparing materials he relies on, and ensuring his organization operates at its best.
What you will do
• Drive the leadership operating model and annual calendar: You are the person who ensures the CMO's organization operates with the structure and discipline a leadership team of this size and complexity demands - leading the annual calendar, designing meeting structures, and keeping the full cadence running with purpose. You set the rhythm, and you keep it.
• Lead business reviews, offsites, and town halls: From QBRs and MBRs to leadership offsites and town halls, you drive end-to-end preparation - coordinating input across a wide range of stakeholders who do not report to you, challenging quality before it reaches the room, and ensuring every forum is worth the time of the people in it.
• Manage reporting and KPI tracking: You ensure performance is visible, consistent, and actionable across the organization's key forums - building and maintaining the structures that allow the leadership team to track progress and act on it.
• Shape executive presentations and materials: You coordinate and elevate executive-level materials across the leadership team, working closely with the CMO and his leadership team to ensure what lands in the room is clear, structured, and decision-ready.
• Drive selected strategic initiatives: The role expends beyond operating rhythm. You will support and drives a range of projects, initiatives and analyses as needed - both strategic and operational in nature. You will not handed a brief to track, but involved in shaping it, aligning stakeholders senior to you, and seeing it through to delivery.
What you bring
Experience
• 3-6 years from management consulting, strategy, PMO, or a business-facing role in a complex commercial organization
• A clear track record of leading deliverables independently - not just contributing to them
• Advanced PowerPoint; you build presentations that tell a story, not just organize information
• Strong Excel; clean, logical, and built for someone else to open.
Personal competencies
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; lead through influence and credibility rather than formal authority
• Proactive and self-driven; you anticipate what is needed and act before being asked
• Comfortable with pace and change; you know when to perfect and when to move.
