Requirements & Architecture Engineer

You will play a key role in shaping future hardware products by translating complex system and user needs into clear, actionable requirements. Sitting at the intersection of R&D, system engineering, and hardware development, you’ll ensure ideas don’t stay ideas—they become buildable, scalable solutions.
What you will do
• Define and develop hardware requirements from system level down to products and across product architecture
• Translate stakeholder inputs into structured, traceable and documented requirements
• Drive requirement discovery by facilitating cross-functional workshops and discussions and ensure requirements for new hardware needs are defined during concept / architecture work
• Ensure alignment and consistency of requirements across R&D and hardware teams
• Prepare and maintain high-quality technical documentation, templates, and work instructions
• Collaborate with system engineering, product architecture, and other development teams on concept development
• Support the transition from concept/architecture phase into development projects
• Contribute to future hardware concepts, platform strategies, and portfolio planning
What you bring
Experience
• Min. 4 years of experience in hardware, system engineering, or requirements engineering
• Background as Lead Engineer, System Engineer, or similar
• Experience in requirement management, system architecture, and product development
• Strong track record in technical documentation and structured engineering processes
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical, or hardware engineering domains

• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Structured, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and delivery
• Confident communicator who can facilitate discussions and align diverse inputs
• Self-driven and proactive in navigating ambiguity and early-stage concepts
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
