We are looking for a program manager who will drive the successful execution of global OPS programs and lifecycle activities.
The role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end alignment across functions owning program governance within the stage gate model (O-milestones), while providing inputs for the S-gates. The role secures alignment with PLM processes and strategic milestones.
The position ensures that product introductions, changes, and phase outs are effectively planned, prioritized, and executed, with a strong focus on operational readiness, risk management, and timely delivery.
What you will do
Drive planning and execution of global product launch programs within Operations.
Own stage gate governance (O-milestones + input for S-gates), ensuring alignment, decision-making, and timely progression.
Define and manage program timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across functions.
Ensure clear and proactive communication, reporting, and escalation of risks, issues, and key decisions.
Own and coordinate lifecycle activities, including product introductions, changes, and discontinuations.
Drive cross-functional and cross-regional alignment on phase-in and phase-out plans, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.
Maintain visibility of the lifecycle portfolio and support prioritization of concurrent initiatives.
Identify, manage, and escalate risks related to supply chain, production, and operational readiness.
Drive and continuously improve lifecycle management processes across sites and brands, ensuring harmonized ways of working.
Contribute to strengthening governance, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration within Lifecycle Management.
What you bring
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project / program management in a large production company.
Self-driven with ability to run projects independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and other basic Microsoft tools.
Practical experience with industries like medical devices, pharmaceuticals or electronics as well as functional experience in Supply Chain optimization.
