Strategy execution & Operations, Global Marketing
We usually respond within two weeks
Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WSA continues to grow as a market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.
Global Marketing at WSA is going through significant transformation. To support that journey, we're looking for a Strategy & Execution Manager to help our leadership team turn complex business challenges into decisions—and decisions into action.
Working directly with the Chief of Staff and closely with the CMO and Global Marketing Leadership Team, you'll operate at the centre of the commercial organisation. You'll work across product business lines, retail, digital products, commercial processes and strategic initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to solve problems, shape priorities and deliver meaningful change.
This is not a traditional strategy role where work ends with recommendations. You'll stay involved through execution, helping teams move initiatives forward while improving the way the organisation plans, prioritises and operates. The scope is intentionally broad and will continue evolving as the business transforms, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and continuous learning.
What you will do
Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation.
Develop executive and Board-level presentations supported by clear analysis and compelling recommendations.
Drive the annual strategy and planning process across Global Marketing.
Partner with senior leaders to solve commercial and operational challenges.
Build business cases, analyse P&L performance and translate data into actionable insights.
Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Retail and other business functions.
Improve governance, planning processes and executive reporting.
Support high-priority initiatives with short turnaround times while balancing multiple workstreams.
What you bring
Experience
Around 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, in-house consulting, business development or a similar strategic business role.
Experience leading projects involving senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical capabilities including business case development, P&L analysis and financial modelling.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience working across multiple functions in an international environment.
Ability to independently manage ambiguous projects with limited direction.
Personal competencies
Structured and hypothesis-driven problem solver.
Comfortable influencing without formal authority.
Excellent executive communication skills.
Highly organised and able to prioritise competing demands.
Curious, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
Collaborative and pragmatic, with a willingness to step in wherever you're needed
Calm under pressure and able to deliver quality work against tight deadlines.
Why Join Us
You'll join a small, high-impact team at a pivotal stage of its development, working directly with senior leadership from day one. Few roles offer this level of exposure across strategy, commercial operations, product business lines and executive decision-making. If you're looking for a role where you'll build an exceptional internal network, accelerate your development and influence meaningful business decisions, this is an opportunity to do exactly that.
