As our Business Transformation Project Manager, you will lead global business transformation projects from planning through implementation and adoption. Working across international markets, you will bring together business stakeholders, process owners and technical teams to align processes and turn transformation initiatives into sustainable ways of working.
This is a business-focused project management role with end-to-end ownership of project delivery, while dedicated technical teams manage the technical workstreams.
What you will do
Lead business transformation projects from initial planning through implementation, adoption and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities across global markets, functions and workstreams.
Drive the alignment and standardization of business processes across markets.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changing priorities.
Partner with business leaders, market teams and technical teams to drive decisions and keep projects on track.
Coordinate business readiness activities, including communication, training, testing and go-live preparation.
Monitor implementation and adoption while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
What you bring
Experience
5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within business transformation, process improvement or enterprise implementation.
Proven experience managing projects end to end, from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
Experience delivering projects in complex, cross-functional and international environments.
Strong experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
Experience working with business and technical stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.
Exposure to business process improvement, change management or business readiness activities.
Experience with global transformation programs or PMO environments would be an advantage.
Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies and how they can improve business processes.
