As part of the continued growth and transformation of WSA, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team across the EMEA region.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, and HR colleagues. You will contribute to attracting great talent, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and strengthening our employer brand.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection

• Coordinate candidate logistics, including interview scheduling and communication

• Support sourcing and pipelining efforts to attract top talent

• Contribute to employer marketing, branding, and efficiency projects

• Help with employee retention and engagement initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle

What you bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment
