Business and Data Analyst (m/f)

As a Business and Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting and analizing extensive data-sets, data maintance and cleansing, reporting, as wel as identifing key trends and patterns, and generating valuable insights that will directly inform business strategy and empower effective decision-making.
What you will do
Develop, maintain, and automate Excel-based models and reports to support Global Demand Planning.
Utilizie IBP tool (o9) to analyze baseline forecast and provide input for adjustments based on forecast accuracy trend, business intelligence, and statistical insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to improve forecast accuracy and to align on business needs.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and support continuous improvement.
Coordinate with the CoE and o9 Customer Service to resolve tool-related challenges and foster process improvement.
Clearly Communicate analysis results with technical and business teams, handle ad-hoc analysis requests, and offer strategic analytical support as needed
What you bring
Experience
Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Operations, Business/Data Science, or related disciplines
Proven track record as an analyst specializing in demand forecasting, supply planning, logistics, or inventory management within mid- to large-scale international organizations
Proficiency in business analytic tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel VBA, or similar platforms
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a ability to interpret complex data
Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or similar tools is advantageous
Solid understanding of forecast models, supply chain processes, and industry best practices
Personal competencies
Self-motivated, energetic, team-builder with strong interpersonal skills
ability to navigate and overcome organizational complexities, ensuring strategic alignment with multiple parties
Excellent communication and presentation skills
