Working as a Student Assistant in Global Commercial Excellence
As a Student Assistant, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of a portfolio of commercial platforms used across our global organization. The platforms support areas such as learning, events, content management, and digital collaboration.
You will work closely with the Commercial Tools Product Manager and collaborate with colleagues across IT, Marketing, local markets, and external partners.
You will receive training on the platforms and gradually take ownership of recurring administrative and operational activities.
On average, you can expect a workload of 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and holidays. The position is based in Lynge, with the opportunity to work partly from home.
In this role, you will:
· Support the administration and maintenance of commercial platforms.
· Manage user access, licenses, and platform data.
· Support content management, testing, and platform improvements.
· Conduct reporting and analysis on platform usage and performance.
· Support user onboarding, training sessions, and communications.
· Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and vendors.
Your profile
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 12 months remaining of your studies, preferably within Business, IT, Digital Business, Information Systems, or similar.
· Previous experience from a student job, internship, or similar role.
· Interested in digital platforms, system administration, and data management.
· Comfortable demonstrating software and explaining platform functionality to non-technical users.
· Comfortable working with MS Office, Excel, and structured data.
· Fluent in spoken and written English. Danish is not a requirement.
· Technically curious and motivated to understand how systems work.
· Structured, proactive, and able to work independently.
· Service-minded and eager to learn.
