About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager, HR Systems to lead our global HR Systems team and shape the future of HR technology at WS Audiology.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our HR systems landscape, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring that technology effectively enables our people processes globally. You will act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, balancing operational excellence, stakeholder management, and team development.
This is primarily a leadership role focused on people, strategy, governance, and business partnership rather than day-to-day system administration or configuration.
What You Will Do
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing HR Systems team across EMEA and Singapore by setting clear expectations, strengthening accountability, coaching team members, and fostering a collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
Define and execute the HR systems strategy and roadmap, aligned with business priorities, employee experience, scalability, and measurable value.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders on HR technology priorities, system capabilities, and future investments.
Ensure HR systems effectively support business objectives, employee experience, and organizational growth.
Ensure stable and effective HR systems operations through clear governance, service ownership, performance management, and oversight of compliance, data quality, and process consistency.
Drive prioritization of system enhancements, projects, and initiatives to maximize business value.
Partner closely with Global HR, IT, Finance, Data Protection, and other functions to align technology solutions with organizational needs.
Lead change management and adoption initiatives related to HR technology and transformation programs.
Manage vendors, implementation partners, and service providers, ensuring delivery quality, service performance, commercial value, and accountability.
Oversee HR systems budgets, vendor contracts, and investments inof new technologies and capabilities.
Sponsor major HR technology initiatives, including Workday transformation activities, system enhancements, and future digitalization efforts.
What You Bring
Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
Significant professional experience within HR technology, HR systems, HRIS, or related areas.
Solid understanding of global HCM platforms and HR technology landscapes.
Strong experience with Workday HCM and a solid understanding of its capabilities, governance, and operating model; implementation, migration, deep configuration expertise, or Workday certification is highly desirable.
Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience, ideally leading distributed or international teams.
Proven experience driving HR systems strategy, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
Strong experience partnering with senior business and HR stakeholders.
Experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
Budget management experience, including ownership of technology-related investments and projects.
