Dagmara joined WSA in January 2021 and is responsible for talent acquisition across EMEA, LATAM and Canada. She partners with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand hiring needs and bring forward the right talent to help us achieve our purpose of “Wonderful Sound for All”.

With a degree in International Relations and experience from both recruitment agencies and an IT business service centre, Dagmara builds candidate experiences with care and drives employer branding with intention. She is also a certified Hogan assessor, bringing added depth to the selection process.
