System Integration Engineer
Come join our System Integration Test team of dedicated engineers and highly motivated testers across sites in Denmark, Germany, and Singapore, working their way through the testing of our product portfolio.
We are part of the R&D-department and we are involved in all phases of development of hearing aid systems: from early integration to system testing, from platform commissioning to product releases. Among our responsibility is support of several internal stakeholders across R&D to ensure successful verification of a full system which include both Hardware and Software products and subsystems interactions.
What you will do
In this role as our new System Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for the execution and implementation of our system automation test setups as well as having the ownership of early and continuous integration. You will work closely with our global System Integration Test team, technical experts, project managers, developers and many more experts to deliver high quality medical products to the market.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Be responsible to implement automation scripts for system feature test rounds to support verification and feature development
- Collaborate with our testers and test engineers on test automation concept, documentation and implementation
- Collaborate on project and stakeholders’ management to bring up early and continuous integration for interfaces verification
- Development of new test flows cases for continuous verification improvement

Experience
- Successfully completed university degree in Medical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar disciplines
- Understanding of automation and coding language(s)
- Experience with project and/or stakeholders management would be beneficial
- Experience in software and hardware system testing and test design methodologies would be beneficial
Personal competencies
- You are analytical, team player, structured, and organized way of working
- You like to keep up with technology development and have interest in electronics and/or sound processing
- You have attention to detail along with creativity with the target to identify weaknesses in the hearing system
- You are a good communicator and a team player, who is motivated by acquire knowledge in different technical areas of overall hearing solutions
- You have a collaborative attitude and high flexibility in working mindset to understand various stakeholder attitudes and priorities
