Your Team:
As an Application Portfolio Manager, you will serve as a key individual contributor, working closely with internal stakeholders across the IT organization, from Business Owners to System Owners. You will also be an integral member of the global IT team, reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Architecture.
What you will do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

- Facilitating effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
- Training colleagues and stakeholders on how to effectively use our application portfolio tool, including communication, training, and documentation.
What you bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong ability to collaborate and communicate with global IT teams and business stakeholders. We are seeking an organized expert who can propose improvements, manage ongoing changes, and effectively guide and drive the organization into more application rationalization.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, building or managing an application portfolio
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture from an IT perspective.
- Experience across tactical, and operational aspects of IT management.
- Proven experience in process development and governance.
- Certifications in Enterprise Architecture tools are a plus, but not a dealbreaker. Tools like LeanIX, Ardoq, Qualiware or Bizzdesign.
Personal competencies
- Strong interpersonal/intercultural skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional, global teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a methodical and systematic approach to work.
Our corporate language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
