Experienced in leading IT projects and deploying IT infrastructure. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and interest in network and datacenter operations. Structured, planning-oriented, and capable of independent work with timely issue escalation.
What you will do
- Deliver datacenter and network projects, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion of change requests
- Monitor milestones, resolve roadblocks, and adjust plans to achieve successful outcomes
- Allocate resources effectively across projects, tickets, and maintenance tasks
- Manage requests for non-ticket-based services, defining scope and coordinating delivery
- Oversee project budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders for planning, execution, and clear communication
- Engage external partners to meet quality, timeline, and project specifications
- Track KPIs and drive initiatives to improve service performance and delivery processes.
What you bring
Experience
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in technical infrastructure services, technical, security services, and governance frameworks such as ITIL, PMP or PRINCE2, Scrum and/or SAFe
- Hands-on expertise in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with third-party vendors
- Strong understanding and experience with on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and multi-site deployments.
