 Looking for a dynamic long term Business Quality Assurance Intern  !

What you will do

•  Assist with administrative tasks, including supporting training rollouts in eCampus.
•  Archive records in hardcopy (binder format) and softcopy (using Agile).
•  Upload Quality Management System (QMS) documents to eDoc.
•  Draft local Work Instructions (WIs).
•  Provide administrative support to the Quality Specialist.
•  Download product registration documents by using Agile, Document Library

What you bring

Experience

• Foundational knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
• Experience with Quality data management and reporting.
• Proficiency in using Quality Management Systems.
• Valuable networking, teamwork, project management, and communication skills in       a cutting-edge pharmaceutical company.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in a science or engineering discipline         such as biology, biochemistry, or biomedical engineering.
• Able to work min. 2 days / week for 3 to 6 months.
• Excellent communication in English oral and written.
• Must be proficient in PC based computer systems with excellent skills in Microsoft       365, specifically Excel.
• SharePoint experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a positive roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and optimistic outlook.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with fluctuating priorities         and demonstrated ability to collaborate within cross functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to set own                   priorities in a timely manner.
• High degree of flexibility and adaptability.
• Self-motivated and organized critical thinker with solid interpersonal and business       communication skills.
• Represents the organization in a positive and highly professional manner.
