Global Vice President Manufacturing

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Manufacturing will develop and execute short and long-term plans to achieve the key operational objectives and annual profit plan for the business. You will have the opportunity to lead our manufacturing sites across the 3 continents with a focus on business growth, continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you will do
Set objectives and monitor key performance indicators across manufacturing, ensuring accurate reporting on operations.
Implement WSA’s manufacturing strategy to optimize capacity utilization through site footprint strategies and key technologies.
Drive Lean transformation in Manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support global sites.
Lead Global Technology and Engineering to advance automation and digitization initiatives.
Ensure readiness for new products and smooth global transfers across sites.
Foster a culture of exceeding customer expectations, maintaining high responsiveness to customer needs.
Continuously improve operations aligned with the WSA Smart Lean approach, focusing on Lean culture and technology execution.
Promote change through talent development, motivating and retaining a high-performance management team and 2,000 FTEs.
Exemplify enterprise leadership by upholding the WSA code of ethics and demonstrating compliant behaviors.
The position is based in Singapore.
What you bring
Experience
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management, engineering and lean methodologies.
Supply Chain Management: Knowledge in logistics, procurement, and supply chain.
Financial Acumen: Skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and analyzing costs to drive profitability.
Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies for planning and executing manufacturing projects.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record in senior management roles with international exposure, multi-site responsability and strategic planning capabilities.
