Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Manufacturing will develop and execute short and long-term plans to achieve the key operational objectives and annual profit plan for the business. You will have the opportunity to lead our 7 manufacturing sites across the 3 continents with a focus on business growth, continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you will do
Develop and lead initiatives in alignment with the strategic plan and annual profit plan objectives to drive operational performance and financial results.
Establish objectives and track key performance indicators across the manufacturing organization. Ensure prompt and accurate reporting systems on all aspects of operations, leveraging balanced score card.
Drive the manufacturing strategy for WSA optimizing capacity utilization through footprint strategy for sites and key manufacturing technologies.
Support implementation of the Lean transformation for the Manufacturing/OPEX workstream. Partner cross functionally with transformation teams to support global sites.
Create a culture of exceeding customer expectations, ensuring that the organization is highly responsive to customer needs and issues.
Continuously improve operations through alignment with the WSA Smart Lean approach with a strong focus on driving a Lean culture, drive technology enablement, implementation, and execution.
Drive change through improved organizational capability, ensuring motivation and retention of a high-performance management team and workforce (2200 FTE).
Demonstrate a leadership style that perpetuates the WSA code of ethics and role models complaint behaviors.

Experience
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies.
Supply Chain Management: Expertise in logistics, procurement, and global supply chain optimization.
Financial Acumen: Skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and analyzing costs to drive profitability.
Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies for planning and executing manufacturing projects.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record in senior management roles with international exposure and strategic planning capabilities.
