Product Manager Hardware (m/f/d) for Hearing Aids

As Product Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge hardware solutions across our diverse portfolio of brands, channels, and price segments. You’ll balance market demands, user needs, and technical synergies to deliver products that resonate with customers worldwide.
What you will do
- Acting as the bridge between R&D, customers, and markets to ensure user needs influence product development
- Monitoring hardware project progress and serving as the main interface to R&D project teams
- Analyzing market trends, sales data, and customer insights to build compelling business cases
- Defining future-proof product portfolios and value propositions that balance commercial and customer needs
- Designing holistic application concepts that deliver outstanding user experiences and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with brand, sales, and launch teams to ensure successful product introductions
- Supporting pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies in close alignment with R&D and key stakeholders
What you bring
Your Experience and personal competencies
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or a technical degree with a strong commercial orientation
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management and strategic sales, ideally in an international, medical, or technical environment
- Comprehensive technical understanding and interest in hardware solutions; experience in the hearing aid industry is beneficial
- Skilled in collaborating effectively with R&D, sales, and cross-functional teams to bring products to market
- Strategic thinker with a structured, business-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
