As a Student Assistant, you will join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Team within Global Marketing. Our team acts as a vital link across various functions, supporting efficient processes and ensuring that employees and teams contribute their best throughout the product journey. Our efforts ultimately contribute to successful product launches, optimized resource management, and enhanced competitiveness. We focus on understanding our colleagues' workflows and designing processes that integrate all functions, enabling everyone to excel.
We are therefore looking for a proactive and highly organized Student Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with project management and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication both within the team and with our various stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to enhance internal processes and drive excellence in project management and process development. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you will do
- Assist in project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress on our various tracks.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, meeting coordination, and minutes of meetings.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, to create presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Help communicate complex processes clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain a structured approach to tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Handle ad hoc internal communication tasks related to projects, town halls, and presentations.
What you bring
You are studying at the bachelor’s level or have recently initiated your master’s in project
management, business administration, or a related field.
- You have at least two years left of your studies.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Corporate language is English, so fluency in English, both verbally and written, is required.
- The expected workload will be around 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and vacations.
