With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation to reach more people, more effectively.
You lead a team of 6 and develop with them a comprehensive and effective brand strategy that encompasses launch execution, campaign communication development, commercial training, and more.
You will be working closely with business lines, markets and regions to ensure well-coordinated and impactful product launches tailored to regional needs.
What you will do
- Team Management: Lead, develop, and engage a multifunctional team of six, comprising three Brand Managers, one Commercial Audiology Manager, one Product Trainer, and one Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Brand Strategy: Accountable for the Brand Strategy, including the development of long-term brand plans and the annual Strategic Marketing Plan.
- Brand Price Positioning: Collaborate with Business Lines and the Pricing Excellence team to differentiate the product through effective brand positioning.
- Portfolio Strategy: Partner with Business Lines to translate portfolio strategy into cohesive brand and business-line strategies.
- Launch Execution: Implement product launch strategies via targeted marketing campaigns and market assets, in collaboration with Business Lines to produce marketing collateral.
- Campaigns: Develop and qualify Campaign Value Propositions, create new product campaigns and assets, and work with Business Lines, Markets, and Regions to execute campaigns.
- Sales Training: Create training materials and programs to educate sales reps on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages, informed by market execution inputs from Business Lines.
- In-Market Monitoring: Work closely with regions to monitor performance.
- Marketing Optimization: Apply corrective actions to improve performance as needed.
What you bring
Experience
- Minimum of ten years’ extensive experience in brand management, in an international customer-centric organization
- Track record in product launches and in taking markets on a clear journey to success
- Strong experience in independently and successfully leading strong brands
- Experienced in stakeholder management and effectively working in a matrix organization
- A good sense for the needs of the local sales organization
- International, ideally global work experience
