Homologation Expert (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Homologation Expert to support our EMEA distributor markets. In this role, you will ensure product registration, regulatory compliance, and smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your work will be essential for enabling WSA to sell its products across diverse markets.
What you will do
- Support distributors in EMEA with local product homologation and prepare required documentation across all WSA brands
- Monitor and update homologation requirements from customers and maintain internal tools (e.g., homologation cockpit)
- Act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders (customers, distributors, service providers, notaries)
- Coordinate activities and focus on improving efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Ensure clear communication and smooth processes for a high-quality customer experience
- Solve problems using professional judgment and provide alternative solutions when needed
What you bring
Your Experience
- Degree or equivalent apprenticeship in business administration, public services, or a related field
- 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in MedTech, quality, or regulatory affairs in medium to large companies,
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments across EMEA markets
- Fluent English skills; Arabic, French, or Russian language skills are beneficial
