To strengthen our Customer Service team, we are looking for a colleague who enjoys customer interaction and ensures that orders and inquiries are handled quickly and smoothly.

What you will do

• Process quotations and customer orders

• Inform customers about products, prices, and delivery times

• Handle complaints

• Coordinate activities within the department.

What you bring

Experience & knowledge

• MBO/HBO level of education (or equivalent)

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role

• Excellent command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.
